Quality Control
In response to the cleanliness requirements of washed granite gravel, we have established a special quality control process. After raw material crushing, primary screening and dust removal are carried out first, and then it enters the high-pressure water washing process. Water quality and cleanliness sampling inspection are set in each water washing link; after finished product drying, secondary mud content testing is carried out to ensure that the indicators meet the standards. 100% full inspection is implemented before packaging to remove damaged particles and impurities, and third-party institutions are supported to conduct on-site inspection. The product comes with a 1-year warranty period. If there is non-artificial quality abnormality, we will coordinate and handle it as soon as possible.
Packaging and Transportation
The finished washed gravel is packaged after drying process. Conventionally, it is sealed in thickened waterproof cartons. For large-batch orders, export wooden cases and wooden pallets can be customized to avoid moisture regain during transportation. We bear the cost of transporting goods to the designated port and support FOB trade terms. Standard specification products can be shipped in 3 days, and production is arranged in the order of orders.
