1. Substrate Preparation: Before construction, the substrate must be thoroughly cleaned to remove oil, dust, and other impurities. An angle grinder and vacuum cleaner can be used for cleaning.

2. Primer Coating Application: Mix the wear-resistant epoxy primer and thinner evenly in a specific ratio, and roll it onto the prepared substrate surface. The main function of the primer is to improve adhesion and provide bonding between the substrate surface and the topcoat. The thickness of the primer is typically between 0.1-0.2 mm.

3. Intermediate Coating Application: Adjust the mixing ratio according to actual needs, mix the wear-resistant epoxy intermediate coat evenly with quartz sand, and apply it over the primer. The main function of the intermediate coat is to provide wear resistance and hardness to the floor, while also serving a leveling function. The thickness of the intermediate coat depends on the requirements, generally between 0.3-0.5 mm.

4. Topcoat Application: Mix the wear-resistant epoxy topcoat with an appropriate amount of thinner evenly, and roll it onto the intermediate coat surface. The main function of the topcoat is to provide an aesthetically pleasing finish to the floor, while also offering excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance. The thickness of the topcoat is typically between 0.05 and 0.1 mm.
